For four years running Firecrest Films has been named as one of the Best Places to Work in TV by industry magazine Broadcast. Last year were were named the best small indie in the UK by the Edinburgh TV Festival. And in March 2023 we were named one of the best TV companies in the UK for new talent. We're very proud that our culture and staff have been recognised in this way.

We are a collaborative creative company with amazing staff. Many have been with us for a long time and helped us grow.

We identify and support the next generation of top television talent, both on screen and off. We invest heavily in team to develop and train tomorrow's top documentary directors, journalists, producers and production managers.
