Broadcast Awards win

We were delighted to win the Broadcast Award for Best Mutliplatform programme for The Vanishing Cyclist

This award is for the best programme of 2025 broadcast outside of the main linear channels - BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 4. So any streamer, any channel, and any genre from Netflix drama to big budget factual entertainment shows.

It is an enormous credit to our team that this two part documentary, made for a modest BBC Scotland tariff, won such a prestigious and wide ranging award.

The series followed the police investigation in to the mysterious disappearance of Tony Parsons, who set out on a 100 mile charity cycle through the Scottish Highlands and was never seen again. It was a huge ratings and critical success, with more than 2m iPlayer views in its first 28 days, and  outstanding reviews.

We were very humbled by the judges' comments and their response to the series.
