Four BAFTA Scotland nominations

We're very honoured to have received four BAFTA Scotland nominations for the 2021 awards - more than any other indie.

We have two nominations for Factual Series - an award we have won every year since 2018.

Michael Palin: Travels of a Lifetime (BBC TWO) is nominated alongside the second series of Murder Case (BBC Scotland / BBC TWO)

Matt Pinder has been nominated for Best Director / Factual for Murder Case. This is the fourth year running Matt has been nominated at Firecrest for best director, winning the award last year for Murder Trial: The Disappearance of Margaret Fleming and in 2019 for Murder Case.

Lastly, Scotland, Statues and Slavery (BBC Scotland), a co-production with Urquhart Media is nominated for Best Single Documentary.

These programmes were all made during the pandemic, under very challenging conditions. We are very proud to have the hard work and ambition of our brilliant teams recognised in this way by our peers.
